There's only two cases in EPI system i.e in first case the input would be sun gear and output will be arm of planetary gears where Ring gear will be stationary, we'll observe a large amount of speed reduction.
In second case the sun gear is stationary and ring gear would be input and arm will be output we'll see a huge amount of increasing the speed on output Shaft.
