Elton John Goodbye yellow brick road live at Dodger Stadium 1975

So the full video recording of Goodbye yellow brick road at this concert hasn't been released. So There are two short clips of the Goodbye yellow road performance, one low quality clip of him singing the first part of the song, then there's a restored video of him performing the last minute of the song. Quite a bit has been cut out.

It took a bit of work to color correct the first video clip but I tried my best. Elton's skin looked very purple so after spending time doing some color adjustments. I was finally satisfied with the results.

How I made this look like a complete recording of this song, there's a video of him performing Bennie and the jets at this show so I used some of the clips and put it in here to make it seem like more was filmed.

So Lunamatic Productions has released the full audience recording of this song.

And to think, 47 years later, he’d be playing that same song at the same stadium to close out his final American tour.

Man, when he hits the high notes, it is spot on. Fantastic.

This song can have so many different meanings, makes me cry listening to it. Especially knowing how hard his drug addiction was😢.. Hes like that little boy that wanted love so badly. Everybody deserves to be loved, especially a little boy wanting love from his dad.

Elton's voice and the band here with Roger Pope on drums are amazing in 1975!

This is not the full official recording of Elton's performance of goodbye yellow brick road at Dodger stadium 1975. The audio is an audience recording from Elton's performance in San Diego, September 29th, 1975. However there's a little bit of video of Elton performing goodbye yellow brick road at dodger stadium 1975, and somehow it sounds very identical so there's a slight possibility that the recording may be from dodger stadium but Emma Hercules confirmed it's not. So I grabbed a few clips from Elton John's performance of bennie and the jets at dodger stadium and put them here to make it seem like there's a full recording of this song. Hopefully one day we will live to see the full show.

I imagine that is has been difficult for Elton John to sing this song over and over again. To go back to memory lane, "where the dogs of society howl". Nobody talks about the meaning of this song, but Elton John experieced the worst a child can experience. On heavens name, Why do the do this to children? What is wrong with so many man. Makes me wonder if we shouldn't cut every little willy of boys, strait after they born. Or maybe friendlier, boys will be raised in a professional way, to prevent they'll become evil. Face it, where do the most agression and destruction come from?
