Mine:

Rest: One weekday night per week - usually Friday because I'm tired on Fridays.

Finance - submit company expenses on time. Keep credit card paid off.

Travel- 'mini holidays'- a hike here, a visit to the beach, walk in a castle garden or country house. So it might only be a half day but I should treat it like a holiday 💕

Wellness - take my medicine every day. Try to get enough sleep.

Self care - get my hair done, paint my nails once a week. Fit in fitness (HIIT 5 minutes > 30 mins) each day - I can squeeze in 5 minutes minimum even if I'm not feeling good that day but 30 mins on a good day.

routines -
morning:
Up, breakfast, medicine, washed & dressed.

Evening:
Walk dog, daily task (I have tasks based on weekly chores in each room), any updates orders and prep I have to do for tomorrow. Make dinner & sit at the table.

Night:
Shower, clothes for morning, check diary, 'clean down' the house / reset.
