After hearing this, it gave me goosebumbs. I have studied much into Russian and Scandinavian musical culture and you nailed this excellently. Id love to see you pull off something Swedish or Danish. Nothing Viking but more of some of the actual national components like a Swedish Nyckelharpa or Danish Lur. Again, great job and I speak for everyone when I say: "I can't wait for what you will make next."

I really like how you've used the violin as the lead, its so sweet and sorrowful. Moody with gentle Russian flavors, it conjures up visions of snow covered streets and a mysterious story....I really enjoyed :) On a side note, there is a choir you might be interested in from Impact Soundworks, its a woman's Slavic choir, I don't think its been released yet, but you can search for the demo here on YT...Sounds pretty promising and would really sit well in compositions like this :)
