I had a David Leadbetter swing training machine back in the early 2000’s ( l think ) . It cost around 300 to 400 bucks back then. I practiced every day. I got better and better at striking the ball. Which made golf a lot of fun. I eventually shot in the 70’s three times that year. Wow, l couldn’t believe it. I was so proud of myself because l used to play Lefty ( horribly ) and then l turned around and started to play righty. It took a little time. My point is, every training aid will work if you give it time and go practice.

When I started playing golf they had that Inside Approach training aid commercial always on the Golf Channel. That seemed like a really good one, especially for beginners.

Just learn to have zero tension in your body throughout the entire swing and you won't need contraptions like this. When I discovered Brian Sparks method, my game improved immensely.
