From what I gather, because of the death of his son, he goes and takes revenge on the men who killed him but because of this curse of the land thing, he begins changing into a beast (maybe a werewolf-like creature) At least that's what I gather. Looks amazing though.

Im guessing wild boar and not a werewolf. The hand charging (more to a hoof) and especially the sound at the end of the trailer! Well, and the fact they're hunting and hunting with dogs (plenty get hunted with dogs, just adding to it)
