An Analysis of the Causes and Consequences of the Controversy of Cyril Lucaris

My thesis (Expository): The politically motivated interactions of the three Churches of Europe, whose focus was the control of Christendom in the East, had a profound impact on the development of expressed Orthodox theology and praxis.

Notes:
There is a great deal of variation in the spelling of names of the various figures discussed. For example, the name Peter Movila is recorded in used sources as Petre | Piotyr | Peter | Petro + Movila | Mogila | Mohyla. The same is true for Cyril | Kirill + Lucaris | Loukaris | Lukaris and Kontares | Kontaris | Contaris. Because of this, I default to the most Romanized in each.

Additionally, perceptive viewers will notice that I sound rather dull. This is because I am profoundly cretinous; on the brink of disability actually.

ps, Paul VI definitely used full solemn language that declared Vatican II as binding. Lots of people with diverse positions have maintained that he did not intend V2 to be binding. But he affirms that it is in the council documents and later in his life as do all of the post V2 claimants to the papacy.
