Writing Software Patent Applications in view of Alice

In this video, we focus on writing new software patent applications, giving consideration to the Alice court decision that has complicated the process of getting a software patent application to issue. A brief introduction is given, followed by discussion of two important court cases, and concludes with a few tips for things to include when writing a new software patent application.

E.g a User Profile table with a column linking to rows of “friends” or as the example showed employees vs who is employing them or who they report to.
This is the main issue with patent departments, lack of domain knowledge.
