Great video. Google sheets had a known issue with importxml not displaying data regardless of what you do. You'll have to make a copy of this sheet then right click the tabs and Copy To then new sheet. Then right click each tab and click Copy To existing sheet and move it the tabs to the sheet you just created.

The search for the neighborhood I want has #N/A. I tried to delete the NA and control + Z to undo, no dice.
