What makes me so amazed by these guys is that so many of them are self taught. No classes, no lessons required. Sometimes, you just have the gift.

Johnny Marr doesn't usually make it very high up in the "greatest guitarists" lists because his style isn't what people think of when they do these rankings--he didn't play intricate solos or bluesy riffs--but I really like how he packs so many interesting ideas into a single song.
