I forgot to mention that even as a member you will see that same $0.43 rate but you will not be charged that as an EA+ member ($4.00 a month charge but if you charge once a week it will even out).

Owner of a GT Performance: I no longer use plug in charge because they charge you the higher rate. If you go with a E.A.+ plan they charge you at the lower rate.

a 100 kw generator is usually a 6 cylinder John deere diesel or something along those lines. Or a build up turbo v8 bored and stroked to 7 liters. 100 kw is a lot of power

43 cents a kilowatt hour, that's kind of pricey. That's about the same as $3 a gallon gas. That kind of negates one of the advantages of electric vehicles. Better set up your house for charging at those rates.

Don't forget the electrical grid that powers the charging station is either run by oil Natural gas or coal 🤔 so think about that for a while.

That plug has to go. Even if they decide to go with something different than Tesla they need something that is not that bulky. There has to be a group of smart engineers out there that can design something better than that plug.
