Government’s First Net Zero Energy Building

The Ministry of Citizens’ Services Real Property Division completed the BC Government’s first net zero energy building, changing the future of government facilities. Through a strong partnership with its tenant, the Ministry of Children and Family Development, this project emphasized citizen-centric design, accessibility features and engagement with local First Nations.
