Ingredients:

1 cup (220g) butter - room temperature
100g - 130g powdered sugar - adjust according to your preference. You can always use granulated white sugar.
1 egg (add 1 extra egg yolk if your mixture is too stiff)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/3cups (200g) all purpose flour
