2stage should be mounted vertical. Debris. Gas pipe thread tape never fails, ready in 30 sec. The glue does not like cold or vibration, and removing empty tanks. Just things learned by trial and error.

Some say the regulars need to be turned 1/4 so the flat part is up and down, not laying flat, is that how it should be?

Hey bro what size pipe does it go in to on your food truck 3/8 or half inch? I have half inch black steel pipe I want to run in to can I just reduce this and use it that way?

What size hose/pipe are you using from the inside the trailer? 3/4"?

I got a new 100 lb tank. Store told me to use a specified regular (high pressure). But mine only has 1 regulator. Should I use the two stage like you? Or does it not matter? im confused.

I want to use it for different appliances from, small Cole man grill, to a large outdoor Blackstone griddle. Anynhelp.

Curious, are any of the connections right handed threads? In other words... usually you turn the nut counterclockwise to loosen a fitting but from my understanding a POL fitting is turned clock wise to loosen it. The fitting that goes connects the 1st stage (where the propane enters the regulator) to the service valve looks like a POL fitting but what is the fitting at the exit side (2nd stage) of the regulator? Is that also a POL fitting?

I have a 100 pound LP gas tank that im running a 40 gallon water heater and 4 burner stove off of. My current regulator is leaking from the vent. Date on it is from the 80s so need to replace. Could i use this one for heater and stove. I live in a house. thanks.
