Did you know that you can print many industrial tools easily and quickly with 3D printers?

We printed the Fractal Vise model with Zaxe Z1+ at 150 microns. We used Zaxe Blue, White and Orange ABS Filaments. We mounted the parts after printing in a practical way.

Introduction:

We attach 2 wrench head screws to the large gears.

After installing the screws, we insert the large gears into the slots on the right and left sides of the gear platform.

After the big teeth are installed, we install 2 small gears in such a way that they coincide with the slots on the right and left parts of the large gears.

After installing the gears, we place the gears on the front platform so that they are on the platform.

Then, we tighten the camber head screws with the help of an allen so that they pass through the small gears.
(We don't tighten it all the way)

After these procedures, we tighten the first set of key-head screws to the two slots on the sled piece, so that they coincide with the nuts previously attached to it.

Then, we place the slides on the slide piece in such a way that they coincide with the slide slots on the main body.

We place the camber head screws for small gears into the screw slots on the main body.

We attach the white main gear in the middle of the 2 small gears and fix it in place with a camber head screw.

After installing the main gear, we turn the gear to the right and turn the main slide, and then we install the big slides (Black) and the medium size (Blue) and small size (White) slides respectively.

And our vise is ready.
