Great information my PSA was 1.5 six into Lupron shots, and 0.2 Nadir after 18 months. And, I stopped taking the Lupron shots after 20 months. My last PSA test was 0.3! However I still get a my PSA checked every 3 to 4 months. And the doctor tells me if it doesn’t raise more 2 points above my PSA Nadir. Not to worry. But, to just keep monitoring it. So that’s where I am now. Some 2.5 years after we first started the treatments.
Hormone deprivation, and radiation treatment. Oh I do have my testosterone back now. Last checked it was at 400, and I feel like a million bucks! And that’s what’s up, keep, keeping informed. Thanks

After underwent Radiation 39X and ADT for 2 yrs my nadeer drop to 0.04 then after 3 yrs it raise to 0.08 after 3 month later raise again to 0.12. Now I am taking Zytiga and prednisone. Soon i will ask my Urolog if I need Radiation and intermitten ADT..hope everyone will be healed in the name of Jesus, Amin

A rise to .2 or greater...what follow on therapy should be pursued?

After 6 weeks of radiation treatments my psa level was 5.82. My oncologist said this was excellent number due to it dropping from 8.63. I am so confused
