I just had 3 games. story time. So I wasn’t able to come to 1 practice because I had a bad panic attack, but I came back. And my coach (male) said out loud to me basically that the other catcher was his favorite but the main coach lady who is charge of everything said I’m her favorite catcher (to me personally). And today the main lady told our coach for 16u that she wanted me to play a game, and I did and I did way better than the favorite catcher of the guy and then that girl started crying today because she didn’t get to play for 1 game when that girl gets to play every freaking game. And even the other team thought I did awesome. I didn’t eat any runs get passed me hardly anyone stole on me. And the coach had the nerve to compliment and praise the other catcher when she was crying and throwing a fit, but didn’t say a single thing to me…so I feel very unappreciated ;-;

As as coach,
you should have done one about coaches saying “as
a coach” at function, cause we have to make you aware the WE have authority over a 15 kid squat for 7.5 hours a week, and the dominance over other actions, is better than re-living my sports days, cause now I’m in control…. it i’m not talking about myself,
but i AM a coach!
