The petition to cancel Marcos coc should not be junked and shall remain active until the tax case of Marcos is settled. This kind of action is believe to be fair for every filipino people and the government.

0:50 "Only the Supreme Court can declare moral turpitude"

Alam pala nila, bakit pinatagal pa? Nuon ko pa binabanggit ito.

Ang pwede lang kasi na hatol ng COMELEC is dismissal, saklaw pa nila yun. Yung DQ is for SC.

Where is Esguerra to make this news and interview?, i like to see his face, a face that can launch a million negative remarks and mockery for Marcos.

The debunking of the petition against Bongbong Marcos from running is a repeat of history where his father was acquitted from the case in the murder of Nalundasan which eventually changed the course of our country's history. Is Jimenez the new Laurel?

Thanks so much Mr Jimenez for making it clear the ruling of Second Division basing from the CA's judgment or ruling. So the Petitioners can appeal their cause to the Supreme Court particularly on moral turpitude and has jurisdiction over the CA's judgment or ruling.

WALA PA RIN AKONG TIWALA SA FIRST DIVISION UNDER ROWENA GUANZON. BUT IT IS GOOD THAT THERE IS NOW A PRECEDENCE THAT GUANZON MAY FIND HARD TO MAKE AN ADVERSE DECISION. GUANZON IS A KNOWN DILAWAN.

MAGING MAPANURI PO TAYO AT HWAG NG "MAG-PAUTO AT MAG-PALOKO" SA MGA KAMPON NG MGA "BUDOL-BUDOL" NA POLITIKO. ANG KAILANGAN NTIN EH KANDIDATONG MAG-LILINGKOD SA BAYAN AT NAG-SISILBI SA TAUMBAYAN. HINDI YON NAG-PAPAKITA LNG PAG HALALAN AT LUMALABAS LAMANG PAG ELEKSYON NA.

Thank you so much COMELEC. It's no surprise that ABC CBN would ask questions in this fashion. Almost 40 years of demonizing the Marcoses for the yellow and the yellow's close allies including this network, ABS, do you really think losing your franchise was your worst nightmare? It's only the beginning of your journey downwards - your days are numbered. May the heavens forgive your sins for capitalizing on the wakness of the poor and keeping the Filipinos informed with opinions in your favor masking as news. Shame on you SOB's. Pwe!
