The concussions this year really highlight that they happen and can be extremely serious even without major hits directly to the head. The brain isn't strapped in, it'll move with hit force and slam into the skull.

As a true 49ers fan, this was very heartwarming for us NFL fans supporting players like him Nyheim Heines getting stumbled and or dizzy from that huge contact hit he has taken. It is saddening moment to see that coming in a way where he would be in a safe place. And to see a broncos medical staff helping him to get up and need some assistance right away.
