I only had to copy the dll to the system32 folder. The wow64 said another file already existed and I skipped that transfer. This fixed my computer and allowed Titanfall2, one of my favorite games, to play again :)

This was an excellent clear and concise video. Method 2 doesn't work. I tried that first. The relevant files weren't installed. Microsoft really knows how to piss gamers off but I can now play the Witcher 3 Next Gen. Oh I have Windows 10. I forgot to say that I needed to also DL the msvcp120.dll files as well to get the game to work.
