If you don't know me already, my name is Adrian and I have been training taekwondo for 12 years since I was 3. I help people improve their fitness and skills in martial arts, specifically taekwondo. Today, I will be teaching you how to master 540 kicks for taekwondo. In this video, I will teach you how to perform each of the two kicks step-by-step in full detail. And second, I will teach you drills that you can use to practice and progress up to performing the full 540 kicks if you can't do them yet. I recommend that you learn how to do the 360 roundhouse kick before watching this video as the 540 is based on that.
