I dont 100% understand how to do this for an Index page. The audit plugin says "Your URL word count is 1, try to make it between 3 and 6 words to make it clear and concise."

But Google doesn't except the URL redirect unless you put the complete URL with the HTTPS://. You don't show this in your video so I went to Google search Console and did it exactly the way you showed to do it and it said there was not enough information so I had to redo it with the complete URL and then it worked. Just FYI.
