I've used USB tethering with my PC and phone in the past because of storm outages of my regular internet however recently I tried to tether and although I can turn the feature on in my phone Windows does not see a additional Network showing up in the network neighborhood like it used to.

If you connect the phone to the net in this way, the phone starts charging, will there be any problem with this charge? There is no option in the phone to stop charging or not to charge.

Brother, I've a issue that when I'm connected as a USB Tethering Internet the laptop get connected as a Ethernet 2 but after a certain point there is a drop of 2-3 min of Internet on laptop.
Can you help me out regrading this?
