I read somewhere that the line You’re gonna need a bigger boat became a standard with all the headaches filming Jaws. So whether it was a standard line with the crew and Scheider used it or he ad libbed it and it became the standard….who cares! It’s perfect

Was living in fla at the time tourists were freaked out I was with a friend on sand key at second sand bar up to our chest some dude on jetty sceaming at us "it's an eight footer coming right at you". We backed up to waist deep an saw I ..a manatee..swam right between mothers and kids they looked and grabbed kids ran to shore lol
