Haven’t watched yet but what happened to the market for keychain USB drives? I used to have a tiny metal Kingston drive that looked awesome and was super convenient. Are drives small enough for a keychain just not useful or reliable?

Why wouldn't you use something like LUKS or Veracrypt on a traditional flash drive?

Or you can boot distros to ram and eject the USB stick... You are then sure that nothing can be written on the USB stick...

how is this more secure than my veracrypt encrypted flash drive? i use 512 bit encryption with many tens of thousands of hashing iterations.

In all seriousness though all this device does is tells the attacker that your password is all numbers. Youd be putting all your faith in those security chips to not allow someone to bruteforce it which is something i just wouldnt trust if whatever i was storing was so important id consider veracrypt with a stong 20 odd character password not good enough.
