I'm interested to see who Amorin wants out of the club, in January and especially come summer, let's hope Ineos back him accordingly, both outgoings and incomings.

Come to see United, you've only come to see United...

I'll be singing that to myself watching Amorim's Sporting tonight

Nice one. The British Press don't represent true fans, and Amorim discovered the twatiness in it, which is good. Amorim will have an instant impact at United, me thinks, and should get us back in the top 4 after 12 months. Bring it on!

I agree with the contract we gave him, its only right these days and if hes successful or progressive or hopefully both he will obviously get another extension if not he will be on he's way, fairly straightforward

I had a real gut feeling that this manager is the right one to get us back to the top ie. Win the league in 3 years.

An old football saying is that you don`t worry if you are missing chances because eventually the goals will come, You worry when you are not creating chances, That`s Manchester United right there, Amorim has to address that immediately by getting the whole team further up the pitch...

It's done and dusted.
What a fantastic result.
Unfortunately for Amorin, he's leaving a terrific group of players and will inherit a jigsaw of a team.

I think the young players are suffering a bit because the team aren’t playing with loads of confidence, the senior players they should be looking up to aren’t on form or playing with 100 % confidence.Hopefully Amorim will come in start stringing some wins together and all the players will start to thrive 🤞

Gyokeres has a €100m (£83m) release clause and turns 27 in summer 2025. Reckon zirkzee moves on and we go for him

He will need time but I'm 100% certain this is the man to get us back competing again.I was fed up of being negative regards Ten Hag not being good enough in the comments, Amorim just feels right his whole demeanour is spot on and as transformed sporting Lisbon on a lot less money then Ten Hag had, I don't expect miracles but we will improve and get better once he starts building his own team.

Exciting manager but don’t expect miracles he has got to work with these players until the summer and that’s going to be hard work half of them are a shower

Out of the young players, I think Mainoo will improve under Amorim and Amad will strive also. As for Zirkzee, Amorin could play him as a 10 or a false 9 because, let's face it, he does not look like a striker. Tony said Amorim could develop Holjund to become as efficient as Gyokeres. Let's see... Anyway, we definitely need a genuine striker imo.

Last but not least, I would consider it a wonder if Amorim succeeds to improve Garnacho's decision making and mentality. The latter thinks he is Ronaldo but is not as skillful as him at the same age. I like when he comes off the bench. He creates some chaos among the opponents defense but when he starts, his selfishness and greediness is one of the reasons why United waste opportunities and do not score.
