It seems to me that Hezbollah wants to paralyze the Lebanese state to prevent it from being able to undermine the objectives of Hezbollah and its Iranian and Syrian patrons at this critical time. I do feel concerned about the broader consequences of this and am concerned they may have more sinister plans for Lebanon.
