As someone who comes from a family of scoundrels, i can truly say most burglaries do not happen at night but rather in the morning when the whole house is either at work or at school. Yes 95% of the time most burglars try to find a open house or car. The amount of times i heard that someone just waltzed into someone elses property is absurd

Another tip: if you leave an iPad or something like that in your car, cover it with something, otherwise somebody will try and smash your window to get it.
