"I have a daughter that just graduated from college and so, probably much to her frustration, I pour buckets of advice on her head every day. But one of the things I say is one of the opportunities you have to distinguish yourself is to be an active, engaged listener, because I fear it's a skill that is in rapidly evaporating supply, and it's incredibly valuable, and I have found it particularly valuable in this new role."
