Using wax resist to decorate pottery is an easy way to level up your designs! I applied wax resist to this cactus ceramic mug after it had been bisque fired in the kiln, but before I dipped it it glaze. The glaze slides right off the waxed area and using a sponge to touch it up, you can get a great contrast between glazed and natural clay!
