I own this van. Its ideal for us a family of 5 with dogs, and yer mud does get brought in even with 12 by 8 decking, plenty room inside, easy to keep clean, its plain, but thats what i liked about it as in the future its easy for us to decorate when needed to keep it looking nice. Also its extrmely warm with the green award

Hi great vids. I started following as I'm getting to that age of wanting something similar to this, for a couple of reasons .. retire, get away from London and basically have something big enough but small enough and walk to the pub without the hassle of owning a house again. On bought, can I take the built in furniture, units and so on and fit what I want? Would like to contact you direct for advice (without bugging you) ... thanks Paul

I will be honest, when I first saw an Ellerton I thought what the the hell are they doing its like ikea made a caravan... but they have sort of grown on me. They look almost bomb proof from the outside with smaller windows that usual, and a fairly decent overhang meaning it should have no problem fending off the British weather for decades. As a weekender, family shares van it makes good sense. Especially if you are the sort to bugger off trampling muddy paths as an idea of fun as you should have no issues keeping it clean with a mop and cloths. Actually come to think of it, I think I know what this reminds me of. Just before the pandemic a few touring companies started playing around with more minimalist vans, aimed at the outdoors sporty folk. This would be the static version of those. No posh pelmets for Lee here, just somewhere for Shane to kick of his wellies.
