I can attest to the advice in this video. The more I became comfortable admitting my mistakes quickly and openly the more comfortable I became with myself. Admitting mistakes also makes me more approachable as a friend and a co-worker. And the more I directly admitted my character weaknesses to myself the smaller my ego became and the more clearly I could learn to rectify and cope with those weaknesses. In general, it is quite wise to simply admit the truth and keep the ego in check.

i was an arrogant preteen and also a misfit so adolescence hit and made me insecure and made me feel inadequacy and a conscious ¨dilemma¨ to socialize or isolate myself or potential rejection or nervous feelings. i actually barely spoke sentences a day and only felt bad because i went to a new school so itwas crazy. im glad you made this video because carl jung is a goat and right as i was trying to build confidence and character

It is my experience that once you have or allowed your being to be taken down to the point of total breakdown (whether physical, mental or both) you find the final desperate needs you hold as the truest and purest and in that finding we then see our base.
The true sense of happiness comes from so little in our existences and lives but once recognized in our introversion and made the prominent or principal driver in our existences it becomes very evident to the rest of our sphere of influence. This "happiness " (when purely sourced from within) becomes a beacon that ignites the happiness sources in those around you and this perpetuation of happiness is how others perceive our "personality".
Happiness begets happiness and it becomes self perpetuating in society if all find it's source and motivation within self.
