I still have an N64 and I have both GoldenEye and Perfect Dark
Perfect dark has blood in it and GoldenEye doesn't

Did you know these games came out many years ago and were rated by the ESRB years ago? It doesn't take more than a few brain cells to realise that nintendo had to make a second app to comply with ESRB ratings. If those were in the main app, the entire N64 App would be rated M.

It's literally the same deal with rare replay. It's rated M (or MA 15+ in Australia where I'm from) because of games like conkers and perfect dark

Golden eye is only rated T while Perfect Dark and Turok are M. Those games have far more violence than Golden eye

I think it is because the violence in Goldeneye is less graphic than Turok and Perfect Dark, and it's more cartoonish in Jet Force Gemeni. Also, there is a decent amount of profanity in Perfect Dark.

Both jave gore but turok has limb dismemberment and heck they have people hanging and leaking blood
