There are certain words & phrases that are NEVER spoken and where the staff won't even think the words or sentences. I can laugh about it now, but I remember when leading staff development sessions, I always included those words so newbies (hopefully) wouldn't ruin a shift(s) by unknowingly or accidentally saying the wrong thing. 😂😂
