She was a great loving mother! No one is perfect but she loved her daughter and developed a bond with her child even with having an addiction.

Sissy Houston said in an interview "She knew from the day Whitney was born that she wouldn't be here long. she said she couldn't explain it. She goes on to say that a month before Whitney passed that she was overcame with sadness & grief but didn't know why. She said once Whitney passed, she then knew what the sadness & grief was about.
