Most people don't get job interviews because they under-sell and under-communicate their skills and experience on their resume, LinkedIn profile etc.
If you're frustrated that you're not hearing back from hiring managers, not getting job offers, or heck, not getting job interviews then you need to take a step back and evaluate if you can do a better job at communicating exactly what you've done and the depth and range of your skills.
Recruiters and hiring managers can't read your mind. And they're busy AF. That's why it's up to you to use your resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, interviews, etc to really sell yourself in your job search and help them see they value you'd bring to the role.
