One person putting his feet in the water probably didn't know it was wrong. A small mistake made by him over a century ago. I guess later on he must habe realised it was wrong. The point here is lot of people nowadays even after a century later are yet to realise the basics of human interaction & life in general. The person washing his feet is violating the way of wadhu to be performed at 'Hauz'. Coincidentally, this was filmed. Infact, at Hauz', feet were always used to wash outside by pouring water through hands. Blaiming whole community because of one ignorant person is not right
