If you seriously think the Texans will trade down with their division rival in return for an additional 2nd round pick, you are out of your damn mind. They have to play them twice a season. If you want to trade up to get one of the two top QBs, you have to give up more draftpicks to make it happen. Texans will get multiple calls and unless the Colts offer a haul, Texans will pick a player or trade with a team out of their division or even out of their conference. You dont want Stroud or Young cooking you for the next years because you did not take him...
