I love the idea of building from strength. I would love to find a way to get Kwity Paye and another corner then find a way to bring back Linval or Sheldon Richardson.
Can you imagine Paye and Hunter against single blockers with Tomlinson and Pierce eating up space and keeping them fresh all game by mixing in Linval and rotating Wonnum and Weatherly and others like Watts/Lynch

Why is Kwity Paye always the "vikes Defensive match" but not J.O.K? Notre Dame basically used him as a Nickel/LB all last year and considering our coverage taking a hit with Gladney gone, J.O.K feels like the better fit.

The increase in the number of mock drafts with the Vikes picking Kwitty Paye has me wondering if a lot of sports journalists (and perhaps team execs?) expect Danielle Hunter to be traded before the draft.... 🤔

Getting goose bumps imaging Devonta Smith as Viking WR, too bad there is virtually no chance of this happening plus there is good value in WR later in draft.

I know stats are not everything. But can someone explain to me how Waddle is rated higher than Devonta Smith by a single scout? This is a classic case of overthinking it IMO.

Vikes should trade down get a second take rondale moore fix the return game and address the o line in the 2nd and 3rd

What they should do is call Baltimore and trade there pick. Baltimore gets Smith at WR which they need. Vikes get Brown and number 27 overall to take a DE.

Hey, why not have a crappy offensive line one year, cut the most important position (while he had a career year), then blow all remaining cash on defense, and then not fix the line with that draft? What could possibly go wrong while having a pocket QB with 2 years of guaranteed money?
Silver lining: Cousins gets hurt, and we then get a new coach and general manager, and future franchise QB? (Or plan a controlled bad run to trade for a lot of future picks when Arch Manning is in the draft???)
