Is it just me or are these Greek armies really really small. 6, 000, 1, 0000, 1000. to me it seems that these armies were really small in comparison to other historical armies of that era and before. not saying that they had quality Underside hell they had the best military formation ever used properly it will never break. compared to the Roman legion the Legion was more often sively minded and thus was not as unbreakable compared to the phalanx.
