I was just looking at this package yesterday but I cannot install it. For this, and more similar repositories, I get the following error:
Package sebastian/resource-operations is abandoned, you should avoid using it. No replacement was suggested.

There is also a validation 'email' => 'email: dns' Does the dns just check for the existence of a real mail domain?

I would never do this to my project. I believe that users have the right to choose if they want to provide their real emails or disposable ones.
