Near future. Lera Arabova is a 15-year-old girl who lives with her family in Vladivostok. Lera's father has been working at the orbiting space station "Mira" for many years and has long lost contact with his daughter, turning only into a voice on the phone. After a meteor shower hits the city, Lera has only one chance to save her loved ones and the city from a new disaster. Her father helps her in this - through satellite surveillance systems and the telephone, he uses every opportunity to send a message to his daughter, watching from above from the station her every step.

Re branded and dubbed for the Russain film "MIRA". Which came out 2 YEARS AGO in 2022. Watch it in the original russain with subtitles, don't watch this dubbed rubbish with bad acting.

Thankfully we've outgrown the practice of chopping up movies to fit a 4:3 TV screen, can we also outgrow the practice of dubbing films into other languages and just release them as they were originally made?

Godzilla KOM teaser came out like 6 years ago, but that track is still fresh in my mind. I mean, anyone can use that music, it’s free use but it’s feels too soon.
It’s the same track from Imagine Music Clair De Lune. The least they could’ve done was use a different version.

Worth watching in the original language.

This is the type of movie I go see when I’m feeling just a little too good about how things are or how wonderful they could be. Sometimes one needs to be told that in spite of all your optimism things can and will go to 💩
