Como configuro que su formato de grabacion sea de 1296p? Ya que cada que entro a la app esta 360p y los videos aue guarda los guarda en esa definicion

How come one of the Srhome Sh028 we bought 4 pcs one of them doesn’t have color on the night vision ? And can you tell me how to use the 2 way audio am overseas and l want to use the 2 way audio but don’t know how ? And that night vision is in black and white and the other 3 cctv are ok thanks

Srihome instalation easy..best view but still confuse about detection..if we rotate manually its can be 360° but if in auto (human detect mode) its record only left, right not down side..please explain if im wrong install..by the ways is best cctv and easy install.
