When "Cuz we are living in a material world" kicks in, it feels soooo good.

I never thought I’d hear an art rock cover of Material Girl. This is magic.

I heard about this cover and couldn’t wait to hear it. I had an clear idea of what Wet Leg covering Madonna would sound like, and I was excited about it. Well this is absolutely nothing like what I imagined.. it’s 1000 times cooler.

Really nice bass and so different than other covers. Has a good industrial rock sound, reminds me of the bass riff in "it only hurts when I breathe" by cop shoot cop. Awesome job. Love that you're bringing my favorite sounds back from the 90s.

This is how covers should be. With an added twist, something that isn't a carbon copy.

It sounds like music is getting interesting again?

They should push boundaries and never stop. It's so easy to get pigeon holed once you start achieving popularity. They should focus on making music that tickles and inspires them to continue playing or the grind of touring will chew them up. Love this and it bodes well for their longevity as artists.

Best raunchy band in ages covering the queen of raunch. Lovely!

What an interesting take on this song. I dig that it's different enough to be fresh but doesn't veer too far off from the original melody to make it unrecognizable. Well done, this is how you do a great cover, folks!!!

This speaks to me. I'm not sure aging and ever pessimistic Canadian farmer was their target

Didn't expect a doom-psych noise thing out of them. I kinda love this.

Well it's more than obvious that Whitey album by Ciccone Youth was on at their homes. Congratulations to their parents x

It's refreshing to find an original sound and style after a decade of over produced under inspired rubbish on the airwaves!
👍👍
