The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen*l was announced after the second season concluded in December 2023, along with a brief teaser and the teaser revealed that the Culling Games arc, which centers around a sorcerer's tournament reminiscent of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, will be adapted in the new season, featuring characters like the fake Geto, Yuji, Megumi, Kenjaku, Choso, and Yuta.

And at the Juju Fest 2024 event, a compilation film of the Hidden Inventory and Premature Death arcs from the second season was announced, set for release in 2025.
