I am suprised that Mr Gates didn't mention Event 201, which his foundation is sponsored in October 2019, who's lessons learned predicted the exact problems we are experiencing now.

DR. GATES. Such a gift to the world. Just ask him. He'll tell you so. When Billionaires get bored they want to control your breathing and living. HE'S THE PRIME EXAMPLE!

I am surprised they didn't ask anything about the simulation of a pandemic that they ran in 2019 well before this breakout.

"it is really tragic that the economic effects of this are very dramatic...but bringing the economy back and doing money, that's more of a reversible thing, than bringing people back to life"

Take a serious look at the strategies used in Korea as a truly effective response to COVID-19.

How is it possible that we are allowing this to happen? Why are we enabling one Bill Gates to do all this. This is ridiculous.

Canada's total deaths from 'flu' (and related pneumonia) were over 8, 000 in 2015, a particularly bad year. (1)
To date COVID-19 (and related pneumonia) deaths are just under 5, 200... and that includes deaths of those that died 'with' it rather than 'of' it, including our 90 year old step-mom.

As of today there are 72, 000 cases (known) in Canada. (2)
There are only estimates available for 'flu' as authorities have never considered it important enough to track every case.

The number of COVID-19 hospitalizations to date are less than 3, 800* (3)
'Flu' hospitalizations (2016-2017) = *68, 000 (1)

Be well, stay vigilant.

Death rate for influenza and pneumonia in Canada from 2015 to 2017
(per 100, 000 population) [1]
2017 = 20.2 [or 202 per million population] +7, 600
2016 = 17.2 [or 172 per million population] +6, 500
2015 = 21.3 [or 213 per million population] +8, 000

Does anyone remember the controversy revolving around the flu shot when it first became popular and easily accessible?There was a question as to wether or not it was causing these viruses to morph into stronger viruses and at a faster rate every year because of the flu shot.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. He's already "predicting the next one"... When did philanthropy and murder became the same thing?
