The Kingpin, Bullseye, Barracuda and Muse.

I agree with all except Hobgoblin. You need the Green before the Hob to make it work.

Definitely agree all of them should be in the MCU also i really want sabertooth!

Me want Jack O Lantern plus Hobgoblin is basically already in the mcu since Ned Leads is in it

My top ten, I think, in no absolute ranking order:

1- Doctor Doom

2- Galactus

3- Green Goblin and/or Hobgoblin, but in a new authentic way that works for Spider-Man in the mcu.

4- Phalanx Ultron( the best version of Ultron ever from Annihilation Conquest)

5- Dormammu (used again in Dr.Strange since we barely saw him in the first Dr.Strange movie)

6- Silver Samurai

7- Sabretooth

8- Annihilus

9- Sentinels and Nimrod, and even Bastion if they can make that work.

10- Mr. Sinister
