Just another axe I am letting go of and showing you all the look and sounds that baby has to offer. This is a Squier Classic Vibe 50s Stratocaster from 2013 with many upgrades such as
* Pure Brass Trem Claw / * 5 springs (tremolo has been blocked off and is functioning as a hard tail / * Tokai Grey Bottom Single Coils from '84 Japan / CTS pots / Treble Bleed

nice one.. you have really made that your own.. i have a strat from just before the CV range came out, squire not sure if its affinity(it wasnt cheap £275 then) .... but it does everything i need i revived my love for it having many guitar urges/fads through the years.. i pulled my dusty ol squire from behind the bedroom mirror.. dusted off.. new strings etc.. and currently enjoying learning twangy 50's/surf/pop/disco/ 80's rock... easier challenge for my fumbly old fingers.. shreddy metal is just too difficult for me but i love it.... all great mid life crisis fun

Hi Billy. I'm glad I came across this video. I'm thinking of getting a Squier Strato model CV 50 and as a first improvement I would really like to replace the mobile bridge with a fixed one. any advice on what to buy or how to do it? how did you blocked the tremolo? Thanks in advance for any response

Hey how were you able to get this guitar with gold hardware because when I look on fenders website they only have nickel hardware?
