Master Wong demonstrates and talk through with you the basics techniques of the hand movements, stepping, trapping and the importance of the wing chun system based on the Sil Lim tao, chum Kiu, Biu Jee, Dummy, fighting art and self defence of the Master Wong system. I here you guys! We are blessed that he's even teaching us. He could have kept this knowledge to his self and I'd be stuck rewinding IP and Bruce Lee's fights over and over trying to create my own logic. Master wong is the link between what I see and it application

Guys tbh i don't know if I'm biased because i already know these moves but i don't see a colour problem. But for beginners i do suggest teaching mechanics is marking knees and others contrary colours so you can see clearly what is where like a body training suit, shoes are some already. The partner is excellent perf. The Teaching is Ace.

from detroit michigan, hi, Q: what about playing hacky sacky for 30 minutes(a game played in a group circle w/ a gulf ball size bean bag that gets passed around with kicks)to develop foot work ?, the sifu at wing chun "DO" in livonia michigan charges 150 $ for a 6 hour introductory class, the sifu never explained the technique call hacky sacky
