Inflation hits people a lot harder than a crashing stock or housing market as it directly affects people's cost of living that people immediately feel the impact of. It's not surprising negative market sentiment is so high now. We really need help to survive in this Economy.

“We have a cooling economy.” Well no crap 80% of our “economy” is based on housing and it’s not sustainable to keep this up. Expect productivity to drop more as more people move into the bubble economy of housing, a non-productive asset. That is if they continue to cut rates to prop up the bubble.

It's deflation. They need to cut at least .0.5. they will regret it again. They are already late.
